PURPOSE: A feed additive using beta-sitosterol of red ginseng pomace as an active ingredient, and a producing method thereof are provided such that silicon which boosts immunity and promotes bone growth is mixed with the red ginseng pomace. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a feed additive using beta-sitosterol of red ginseng pomace as an active ingredient comprises the following steps: hot-water extracting red ginseng and separating the red ginseng pomace before drying and pulverizing the same into a powder(S10-S40); preparing a medium using corn powder; sterilizing the corn powder medium and injecting Phellinus linteus, which spawns in the medium, for culturing and drying(S80, S90); preparing edible silicon(S100); and mixing 0.1-0.3 wt% of red ginseng pomace, 0.1-0.3 wt% of Phellinus linteus mycelia, and 0.005-0.05 wt% of edible silicon with animal feed(S110).
