THROMBOLYTIC FUCOIDAN DERIVED FROM UNDARIA PINNATIFIDA SPOROPHYLLS

PURPOSE: An Undaria pinnatifida sporophylls-derived fucoidan is provided to stimulate t-PA and to ensure a thrombolytic effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Undaria pinnatifida sporophylls-derived fucoidan for thrombolysis comprises: a step of continuously extracting Undaria pinnatifida sporophylls using hydrochloric acid of pH 2.0 at 65 Deg. C. for one hour three times; a step of filtering and collecting liquid and adding ethanol to obtain ingredient fucoidan; a step of adding cetyl pyrimidinium chloride and precipitate an acidic fraction; a step of adding calcium chloride and fractioning; a step of adding ethanol and tableting using the precipitate; and a step of additionally tableting by XAD hydrophobicity gel chromatography to remove polyphenol component.
