PURPOSE: A resin composition for molding PVC pipes and a PVC pipe are provided to prevent increase of contamination degree of sewage and stably discharge sewage. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for molding PVC pipes comprises 5-20 parts by weight of volcano ashes, 5-20 parts by weight of illite, 1-3 parts by weight Chinese juniper powders, 0.3-3 parts by weight of organopolysiloxanes, 3-10 parts by weight of MBS, 2-6 parts by weight of complex thermal stabilizers, 0.2-3 parts by weight of activators, 0.1-5 parts by weight of CaCO3 and 0.1-5 parts by weight of antistatic agents based on 100.0 parts by weight of PVC resins. The MBS is a methyl methacrylate butadiene styrene based MBS. The PVC pipe is manufactured by the composition.
