PURPOSE: A remodeling method for inserting an external wall PC(precast concrete) panel into the internal area of a beam-column frame of a building and a PC panel thereby are provided to effectively control the lateral drift of a beam-column frame.;CONSTITUTION: A remodeling method for inserting an external wall PC panel into the internal area of a beam-column frame of a building is as follows. A PC panel coupling holes is arranged in the space formed by beams(20) and columns(30) of a building. The PC panel is installed on the top of a lower slab among the beams and the columns. Connectors(6) couple the coupling holes of the PC panel to the beams and the columns. The spaces among one end of the PC panel, the columns, and the beams are filled with urethane joints.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
