PURPOSE: A method for screening a drug which induces the differentiation of neural stem cells is provided to simply determine whether a candidate material can induce differentiation.;CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a drug for inducing the differentiation of neural stem cells comprises: a step of culturing a neurosphere in a medium containing a candidate; a step of selecting a candidate which induces attachment of neurosphere to an uncoated culture container as a drug for inducing differentiation of the neural stem cells. The medium is an N2 medium. The method further comprises a step of performing immunocytochemistry or fluorescence-activated cell sorting to checking if the selected drug induces the differentiation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
