METHOD FOR FABRICATING A CONJUGATED FIBER CONTAINING STF(SHEAR THICKENING FLUID) WITH BULLETPROOF

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a conjugated fiber containing STF(shear thickening fluid) is provided to ensure bulletproof, shock absorption, and air permeability.;CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a conjugated fiber containing STF comprises: a step of preparing the STF as a core ingredient and polymer resin as a sheath ingredient; a step of passing through a spinning nozzle and performing melt-blown of a conjugated fiber of a sheath-core structure(S1) of curing the conjugated fiber at 5-25 Deg. C.(S2); and a step of collecting the conjugated fibers by a collector to form a web(S3). The polymer resin is selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, polyester, polylactic acid, acryl, polyoxy methylene, polycarprolactone, polyvinylidene chloride, and polyurethane resin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
