PURPOSE: A fiber composite structure and a manufacturing mold of a fiber composite product are provided to prevent the fiber composite product from becoming faulty. CONSTITUTION: A fiber composite structure and a manufacturing mold(200) of a fiber composite product comprise plural frames(210,230). Units(213,233) for molding a skin layer are formed in the frames. The units for molding the skin layer are divided corresponding to shapes of products or structures. The frames are protruded to the outside of the molding unit, and comprises edge parts(212,232). The edge parts comprise a vacuum groove(235) and a sealing member(250). The vacuum groove has cohesive power by vacuum pressure. The sealing member is placed in both sides around the vacuum groove.
