PURPOSE: A system for notifying and inquiring financial advice and a method are provided to transmit an advice notifying message about an item which a user counsels or provides advice information through a counseling inquiry application with a user terminal after advice.;CONSTITUTION: A financial service device(120) generates and transmits an advice notifying message from advice history about an item which a user counsels after advice. The financial service device transmits advice information which is generated by combining the advice history and item information according to an advice information inquiry request of the user. A user terminal(110) receives and displays the advice notifying message. The user terminal requests advice information inquiry to the financial service device.
