PURPOSE: A footwear for diabetic patients offering comfortable wearing feeling is provided to prevent the generation of foot lesion by preventing the pressure concentration on the specific area on feet.;CONSTITUTION: A footwear for diabetic patients includes leather uppers(110), sols(120), and insoles(130). The leather uppers are for inserting feet of the patients. The soles are combined to the lower side of the uppers for uniformly dispersing the pressure applied to the feet when walking. The insoles are inserted into the uppers for buffering the impact applied to the feet with the three-dimensional corresponding to the bottom shape of the feet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
