PURPOSE: A method and system for automatically providing administrative rights in a mobile terminal are provided to directly control security risks regardless of the intention of a user by controlling the usage of the administrative rights.;CONSTITUTION: An automatic administrative right acquisition and execution code inserter(31a) automatically inserts an administrative right acquisition and execution code into an application distributed to a mobile terminal in the outside.
