PURPOSE: A smart phone inducing card issue and a method thereof are provided to additionally issue a card related to one or more keywords among a temporary keyword, a price keyword, and a product keyword to a user.;CONSTITUTION: A payment frequency calculating unit(200) calculates accumulated payment frequency of each member store. An incentive obtaining unit(215) obtains incentive information corresponding to the accumulated payment frequency of each member store. If payment breakdown information is outputted, an incentive output unit(220) outputs the incentive information to a fixed adjacent area of the payment breakdown information.
