PURPOSE: A book cover including an escaping preventive structure is provided to prevent the separation of a book through the combined gap of a spring after binding the book by forming an inner cover with an escaping preventive structure.;CONSTITUTION: A book cover includes an outer cover and an inner cover(200) including an escaping preventive structure. The inner cover is composed of a fabric part(210), a reinforcing material(220), penetrated holes(230), and an escaping preventive structure(300). A book based on the book cover includes a spring which is concealed from outside. The spring combines the book cover and an inner paper part.
