PURPOSE: A reverse osmosis composite membrane and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to omit the washing process of a composite membrane and to maintain the flow rate characteristic of the composite membrane for a long period of time.;CONSTITUTION: A polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane includes a microporous support layer, a polyamide layer, and a hydrophilic coating layer. The hydrophilic coating layer is formed by covalently bonding a residual acid halide compound and a compound with a hydrophilic group in the polyamide layer. The compound with the hydrophilic group is at least one primary amine or secondary amine which is directly applied to a covalent bond on the polyamide layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
