APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUSLY SYNTHESIZING PLENTY OF CONTINUOUSLY CONNECTED LARGE SIZED GRAPHENE AND A METHOD FOR THE SAME CAPABLE OF SYNTHESIZING AND COLLECTING GRAPHENE BASED ON A VAPOR PHASE SYNTHESIZING METHOD AND A METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY PASSING A METAL CATALYST SHEET THROUGH A REACTOR
PURPOSE: An apparatus for continuously synthesizing plenty of continuously connected large sized graphene and a method for the same are provided to continuously maintain the internal atmosphere of a reactor by continuously injecting a metal catalyst sheet into the reactor.;CONSTITUTION: A reactor(10) with at least one opening and a region occupied with gas of pre-determined specific gravity is prepared. The opening is opened to external air. The specific gravity of the gas occupied in the region is different from the specific gravity of the external air such that the external air is prevented from being introduced into the region. Carbon source gas is introduced into the region to form a reaction region which is prevented from the external air. A metal catalyst sheet(20) is transferred into the reactor through the opening. The carbon source gas is reacted with the metal catalyst sheet to synthesize graphene(1). The synthesized graphene is discharged to the external side of the reactor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
