摘要

PURPOSE: A counter electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell using polypyrole nano particles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve performance and electric conductivity by controlling particle sizes and electrolyte composition. CONSTITUTION: A polypyrole/FTO counter electrode is formed on a FTO substrate and is dried under vacuum. The dried polypyrole/FTO counter electrode is processed with a hydrochloric acid vapor within 0.01 to 10 minutes. The dispersion solution of polypyrole nano particles is colloidal solution. The size of the polypyrole nano particles is 30nm-200nm.
