PURPOSE: A rotating beam fatigue test end alarming device is provided to transmit a situation in which a specimen is fractured to a portable terminal and an exclusive PC when the specimen is fractured so that a user can confirm a progress situation on a real time basis.;CONSTITUTION: A rotating beam fatigue test end alarming device comprises a testing device(100), a specimen fracture detecting unit(130), and a server(150). The testing device performs a rotating beam fatigue test with respect to a specimen. The specimen fracture detecting unit detects a fractured time point, thereby generating test end signals and making the operation of the testing device stop.
