PURPOSE: A boiler for removing an offensive odor and a sludge disposal device having the same are provided to control the exhaustion of an offensive odor gas when a burner is suddenly stopped because temperature is slowly lowered.;CONSTITUTION: A boiler for removing an offensive odor comprises a water-cooling wall(42), a heat-retaining member(30), and a burner(60), a refractory member(50). The water-cooling wall comprises an inlet port(38) receiving offensive odor gas and an outlet port(39) discharging the burned gas. The heat-retaining member is installed in the outside of the water-cooling wall and the burner is installed in the inlet port and burns an offensive odor gas in the inside of the water-cooling wall.
