摘要

PURPOSE: A non-vascular drug-eluting stent using a drug carrier is provided to regulate local drug elution and to prevent restenosis. CONSTITUTION: A drug carrier by block copolymer synthesis of polyhydroxyoctanoate and biodegradable polymers is prepared by supporting hydrophobic drugs in a block copolymers formed by block copolymerization of poly(3-hydroxyoctanoate)(PHO) into biodegradable polyester or polyester polymers. The polymer is poly(DL-lactide-co-glyucolide)(PLGA). The hydrophobic drug is paclitaxel. A non-vascular drug-eluting stent is prepared by coating the surface of the stent with the polymer drug carrier.
