PURPOSE: A bonding laminate and a bonding assembly are provided to control reflection effect based on a metal nano-particle sintered layer.;CONSTITUTION: A bonding laminate is composed of a metal nano-particle sintered layer(11) and a bonding layer(12) on the metal nano-particle sintered layer. The metal nano-particle sintered layer is formed by sintering metal nano-particles. A transparent layer is stacked on another side of the metal nano-particle sintered layer.
