PURPOSE: A polymer is provided to transfer all holes and electrons, to have a high triplet energy level, thereby being capable of improving performance of current density, brightness, etc. of an organic light emitting diode.;CONSTITUTION: A polymer comprises repeating units in chemical formula 1 and has a weight average molecular weight of 2000-100000. An organic light emitting diode comprises a substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode, a first layer which comprises the polymer and is inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first layer is an electroluminescent layer and comprises a phosphorescent dopant. The phosphorescent dopant is a metal complex comprising metal selected from of the following: Ir, Pt, Os, Re, Ti, Zr, Hf, or combinations thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
