PURPOSE: A valve device using photovoltaic power generation is provided to quickly open and close a valve by using the polarity variation of a control permanent magnet and the polarity property between the control permanent magnet and a driving permanent magnet.;CONSTITUTION: A valve device using photovoltaic power generation comprises a photovoltaic power generating part(500), a power storage part(400), a valve(100), and a controller(200). The photovoltaic power generating part converts sunlight to electrical energy. The power storage part stores the converted electrical energy. The valve comprises a control permanent magnet, a polarity changeable coil, a fixing member, a guide member, a moving member, and a driving permanent magnet. The polarity of the control permanent magnet is changed according to the directions of current applied to the polarity changeable coil. The driving permanent magnet receives the attraction and repulsion from the control permanent magnet according to the polarity variation of the control permanent magnet so that the moving member can reciprocate along the guide member.
