PURPOSE: A platelet aggregation inhibitor or vascular smooth muscle cell proliferating inhibitor is provided to enhance platelet aggregation inhibiting effects and proliferation inhibiting effects of the vascular smooth muscle cells.;CONSTITUTION: A platelet aggregation inhibitor or vascular smooth muscle cell proliferating inhibitor includes a compound represented by of a chemical formula 1(R1-(L1)n-P-(L2)m-R2), a stereoisomer thereof or pharmaceutically allowed salt thereof. The compound of the chemical formula 1 is a compound of chemical formula 2, 3, or 4.
