PURPOSE: A multifunctional hip-up exercise device is provided to facilitate the adjustment of the strength of the device.;CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional hip-up exercise device comprises an upper stage(100), a stage support unit(200), an upper and lower stage connection pin(110), and an anti-skid unit(210). The upper stage and stage support unit are connected by the upper and lower stage connection pin. The rear part of the upper stage is bent upward.
