PURPOSE: An integrated system for parking assistance and lane-maintaining assistance is provided to simplify a structure by embodying a control unit for parking assistance and for lane keeping on one circuit board.;CONSTITUTION: An integrated system for parking assistance comprises a function executing unit(110), a sensor for measuring a distance(120), a moving distance measuring unit(130), an image sensor(140), an image processing unit(150), a memory unit for image treating(160), an integrated electronic control unit(170), and a steering power supplying unit(180). The function executing unit generates function executing signals for executing parking assistance function and lane sensing function by a control of a driver. The sensor outputs distance measuring signals. The moving distance measuring unit outputs moving distance signals. The image sensor generates a front image of a vehicle. The image processing unit generates lane information from the front image. The memory unit for image treating saves image data necessary during production of the lane information. The integrated electronic unit is embodied on one circuit board to conduct the parking assistance function and lane-maintaining function.
