PURPOSE: A bumper device for a vehicle is provided to form an upper reinforcement capable of rotating to the inside and outside of a vehicle body and obtaining a space for deforming the vehicle body when colliding with pedestrians, thereby improving pedestrian protection performance.;CONSTITUTION: A bumper device for a vehicle comprises a bumper back beam(11) and an upper reinforcement(12). The upper reinforcement is formed on the top of the bumper back beam to be rotatable, thereby preventing override of another vehicle by being rotated and stand up to the inside of the vehicle in a low speed collision. The upper reinforce comprises a stopper unit being supported by contacting the top of the bumper back beam in a low speed collision. The upper reinforce comprises a guide rib(14) in which a locking end of E/ABS is hung and fixed when crushing pedestrians. The upper reinforce is penetrated by a hinge shaft penetrating through a lower plate(16) on the top of the bumper back beam, thereby being joined to the lower plate to be rotatable.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
