PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically spreading aggregate of a crown trough type belt conveyor is provided to facilitate the sort of foreign materials with a wind power sorter or a magnetic sorter by widely spreading aggregates piled up on the center of a crown trough type belt conveyor.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically spreading aggregate of a crown trough type belt conveyor(G) comprises an aggregate spreading guide device(1), a belt spreading flat guide roller device, an automatically progressing belt guide roller(3), and a spreading guide belt balance device(4). An aggregate spreading guide device is installed at the top center part of a belt(C) of a crown trough type belt conveyor and spreads aggregates(B) crowded in the center thereof. The belt spreading flat guide roller device maintains the aggregates in a state where the aggregates are spread at a predetermined length by the aggregate spreading guide device to facilitate the sorting of foreign materials. The automatically progressing belt guide roller guides a belt to be progressed on the belt spreading flat guide roller device. The spreading guide belt balance device laterally moves according to the swerving of the belt generating in the belt conveyor so that the upper aggregate spreading guide device can be always positioned in the center of the belt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
