PURPOSE: A condensing unit maximizing heat absorption and solar battery assembly using the same are provided to enable heat to deliver to a second condensing unit during light passes through the second condensing unit, thereby reducing heating load which is delivered to solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A condensing unit delivers to solar cell of a cell receiver(30) by condensing sunlight. A first condensing unit(10) of a cylindrical type has an inclining angle which a horizontal cross sectional area increases from a bottom to a top. A second condensing unit(20) which is composed of a glass material connects to the bottom of the first condensing unit. The second condensing unit has the inclining angle which the horizontal cross sectional area increases from the bottom to the top. The bottom of the second condensing unit connects to solar cell.
