SELECTIVE SURFACE MODIFICATION METHOD OF MICROFLUIDIC CHIP CHANNEL CAPABLE OF MODIFYING THE SURFACE OF A STRUCTURE TO HAVE EXCELLENT COATING STABILITY, DURABILITY, AND SURFACE MODIFYING DEGREE, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A MICROFLUIDIC CHIP FOR MANUFACTURING MULTIPLE EMULSION USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A selective surface modification method of a microfluidic chip channel is provided to modify a surface without defects by simple and mild condition, and to selectively control the wettability of the microfluidic chip channel.;CONSTITUTION: A selective surface modification method of a microfluidic chip channel comprises a first surface modification step filling trialkoxysilylalkyl methacrylate solution into the microfluidic chip channel; a step of filling the first surface modified microfluidic chip with solution with photoinitiator, and absorbing the photo initiator into pores of the microfluidic chip channel; a step of filling acrylic acid solution into a channel of a microfluidic chip irradiating ultraviolet ray to region for surface modification; and a step of filling the secondary surface treated microfluidic chip channel with acrylic acid solution comprising the photoinitiator, and thirdly surface treating by irradiating the region for surface modification with ultraviolet ray.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
