PURPOSE: A cycle type exercise device is provided to prevent the waste of power and to secure necessary exercise amount.;CONSTITUTION: A cycle type exercise device comprises first, second, and third supporting frames(100a,100b,100c), a pair of link frames(110), a pair of first fixed boards(200), a first sprocket, an auxiliary disk, a handle shaft, a handle(250), a second fixed plate(300), a second sprocket(310), a chain(400), and a crank shaft. The first, second, and third supporting frames are installed at a constant interval. A pair of the link frames is vertically combined with the first, second, and third supporting frames. The first fixed board is fixed to the upper side of the first and second supporting frames. The first sprocket is fixed by a first shaft. The auxiliary disk is fixed by the first shaft. The handle shaft is eccentrically protruded in each supporting disk. One end of the handle is fixed on the first supporting frame by a hinge and is hinge-coupled with the handle shaft. The second fixed plate is combined with a spring tension member and is integrally rotated. The second sprocket is fixed by a second shaft.
