PURPOSE: A method for preparing palmitoyl dipeptides is provided to activate a prolidase mechanism and to enhance the rate of collagen regeneration.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing palmitoyl dipeptides comprises: a step of peptide-coupling glycine with proliine or hydroxyl proline to generate dipeptides; a step of binding palmitic acid to the dipeptides with an amide bond to generate palmitoyl dipeptide. The coupling is a solid phase reaction. The solid phase reaction comprises: a step of loading proline or hydroxy proline on a solid resin and swelling the same; a step of peptide-coupling the glycine with proline or hydroxyl proline.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
