PURPOSE: A non-penetration type exercise load measurement device is provided to measure exercise load by measuring the tension of a wire without cutting the wire.;CONSTITUTION: A non-penetration type exercise load measurement device comprises a base(190), a first assistant wheel(110), and a measuring wheel(130), a second assistant wheel(150), and a measuring wheel support rod cell(170). In the base, two protruded fixing units are formed at an interval to fixe the first assistant wheel and second assistant wheel. A penetration hole is formed between two fixing units. The measuring wheel is inserted into a bracket. The second assistant wheel is arranged at an interval from the measuring wheel.
