SMALL TAPER TOOL FOR CHANGING TOOLS, CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PRODUCTS BY FINISHING A LOT OF PROCESSES IN ONE FACILITY

PURPOSE: A small taper tool for changing tools is provided to reduce a size of a taper shank unit mounted in a taper hole of a spindle so that productivity and a quality are improved because a RPM(Revolution Per Minute) limit value of the spindle is increased.;CONSTITUTION: A small taper tool(10) for changing tools is mounted on a taper fixture formed in a main shaft(21) of a spindle of a machine tool. A stud bolt(13) is connected to a surface of a taper tool. The taper tool comprises a taper shank unit(11) and a grip bar(12). The taper shank unit is formed into a cylindrical shape. The outer diameter of the taper shank unit gradually becomes increased from one side toward the other side. The maximum outer diameter of the shank unit is 15.7mm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
