AN ORGANIC COMPLEX MANURE CONTAINING LEATHER AS A MAIN COMPONENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An organic composite fertilizer using leather waste as a main component and a method of manufacture thereof are provided to enhance agglomeration of fertilizer by adding certain amount of natural glue to the leather waste. CONSTITUTION: An organic composite fertilizer using leather waste is composed of 45-55 wt% of leather, 20-25 wt% of DAP(Diimonium Phosphate), 10-20 wt% of SOP(potassium sulfate), 5-10 wt% of magnesium sulfate(MgSO4), 0.1-0.5 wt% of boric acid (H3BO3), and 0.3-0.5 wt% of nature glue. A manufacturing method of the organic material composite fertilizer comprises the following steps: mixing 45-55 wt% of leather, 20-25 wt% of DAP, 10-20 wt% of potassium sulfate, 5-10 wt% of magnesium sulfate, 0.1-0.5 wt% of boric acid and 0.3-0.5 wt% of natural glue; and molding the mixture in a tablet machine and drying and cooling the molded product. The pellet molding is processed at 50-70 deg. Celsius for 15-20 minutes. The molded pellet has particle diameter of 3.2-4mm.
