PURPOSE: A method for coating phosphor for an inorganic electroluminescence device is provided to manufacture phosphor for an inorganic electroluminescence device having excellent life time, excellent brightness together with high coating ratio by low cost by coating through condensation polymerization of the phosphor by using organic material.;CONSTITUTION: A method for coating phosphor for an inorganic electroluminescence device comprises: a step of dissolving organic material comprising a silane group into an isopropyl alcohol; a step of mixing and adding a mixed solution into inorganic electroluminescence material while stirring; a step of removing isopropyl alcohol from the mixed solution; and a step of drying and removing residual material by heat treating the mixed solution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
