PURPOSE: A food material agitation apparatus is provided to effectively wash mixing blades by installing a plurality of injection nozzles at the side and top of a case.;CONSTITUTION: A vertical member(80) is located at a position where is lower than the position of an agitation shaft(50). A protrusion unit(91) is formed at the bottom of the vertical member. A sub-vertical agitation wing(120) is installed in the protrusion unit. When the vertical member connected to an upper frame(30) is circulated in the inside of a case(10), a vertical agitation blade(100) and the sub-vertical agitation blade agitates materials in the bottom of the case.
