PURPOSE: An ice making water purifier and a hot and cold water dispenser with an ice maker having a circulation pump received in a cold water tank are provided to prevent dew condensation around a cold water supply pipe and a circulation pump. CONSTITUTION: An ice making water purifier comprises a cold water tank(120), a circulation pump(115), and a cold water supply pipe. The cold water tank stores cold water. The circulation pump is installed inside the cold water tank and supplies the stored cold water to an ice making unit(130). The cold water supply pipe is installed inside the cold water tank and connects the ice making unit and the circulation pump to each other. A waterproof wiring(117) is connected to the circulation pump to apply power and a control signal to the circulation pump.
