PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery device of a boiler is provided to improve thermal efficiency by storing a large amount of hot water in a hot water storage tank. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery device(30) of a boiler comprises first and second flues(34,54), first and second inlet pipes(32,52), and first and second outlet pipes(33,53). The first flue is coupled to a flue connection part(12), and a first hot water storage tank(31) is formed in the inner center of the first flue. The first inlet and outlet pipes are connected to the bottom and top of the first hot water storage tank, respectively. The second flue is coupled to the top of the first flue, and a second hot water storage tank(51) is formed outside the second flue. The second inlet and outlet pipes are connected to the bottom and top of the second hot water storage tank, respectively.
