PIPE SCALE REMOVING MACHINE CAPABLE OF CONVENIENTLY REMOVING SCALE WITHOUT CONTROLLING THE ROTATIONAL RADIUS OF A FLEXIBLE WIRE ACCORDING TO THE DIAMETER OF PIPES

PURPOSE: A pipe scale removing machine is provided to reduce work time because the rotational radius of a flexible wire is automatically enlarged by centrifugal force according to the diameter of pipes.;CONSTITUTION: A pipe scale removing machine comprises a wire rotating machine(110), a horizontal rotary shaft(120), a pair of fitting plates(130), and one or more flexible wires(140). The wire rotating machine moves into or out of a pipe. The horizontal rotary shaft rotates at high speed by receiving driving force from the wire rotating machine. Polygonal perforated holes of the fitting plates are formed into the same shape as the polygonal section of the horizontal rotary shaft. The fitting plates are fitted into the end of the horizontal rotary shaft through the polygonal perforated holes. Both ends of the flexible wires are fixed on the pair of fitting plates. The flexible wires hit the inner wall surface of the pipe to remove scale on the inner wall surface of the pipe while being rotated with the horizontal rotary shaft. The rotational radius of the flexible wires is automatically controlled because the approaching degree of the fitting plates is changed by the centrifugal force.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
