PURPOSE: A volume varying method of the inside of a building and a volume variable module of the inside of a building are provided to maintain comfortable work environment by discharging harmful materials to the outside.;CONSTITUTION: A volume varying method of the inside of a building is as follows. An object(600) is put into a building(500). A volume difference between the inside of the building and the object is calculated by calculating a distance from the top of the object to the bottom surface of the building using a work controller installed on the building. An operation signal is transferred to an operation unit based on the calculated value. The operation unit is electrically connected to the work controller and is installed in the inner top of the building. A distance from the bottom surface of a varying unit and the bottom surface of the building is controlled depending on the calculated value.
