ENERGY SAVING FILM MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE CAPABLE OF MANUFACTURING FILMS AT SAME SIZE AND CURVATURE AS A GLASS USED IN A VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An energy saving film manufacturing device for a vehicle is provided to reduce the consumption of an air conditioner for a vehicle in a summer season by preventing not only ultraviolet rays but also heat and to smoothly form the processed surface of films by forming with heat steam.;CONSTITUTION: An energy saving film manufacturing device for a vehicle comprises a heating unit(200), a molding unit(300), a cooling unit(400), and a cutting unit(500). In order to easily mold films, the heating unit heats the films consecutively transferred by a conveyor belt. The molding unit molds the films passing through the heating unit to have same curvature as a glass used to a vehicle. The cooling unit cools the films to maintain a molded shape. The cutting unit cuts the edges of the films passing through the cooling unit to have same size as the glass.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
