OPTHALMOSCOPE WITH AN LED LIGHTING UNIT LIGHTING RETINAS AND FUNDUS WITH AN LED LIGHTING UNIT AND PHOTOGRAPHING A STATE OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An opthalmoscope with an LED lighting unit is provided to irradiate lights of brightness enough for photographing retinas and fundus of a human being by using low voltage because an LED lighting unit is used instead of a xenon arc lamp.;CONSTITUTION: An opthalmoscope comprises an illumination optical system and an observation/photographing optical system. The illumination optical system comprises an LED lighting unit(30) and reflective mirror(40). The LED lighting unit comprises a light emitting diode lamp(32) and condenser lenses(34,36). The light emitting diode lamp irradiates lights of a visible light domain. The condenser lenses collect the lights of the visible light domain being irradiated by the light emitting diode lamp. The reflective mirror reflects the lights of the visible light domain irradiated by the light emitting diode lamp to an object eye. The observation/photographing optical system observes and photographs visible light images. The visible light images are formed by reflecting the lights of the visible light domain irradiated by the LED lighting unit in the object eye.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
