PURPOSE: A building facade energy performance evaluation using emulation technique and a high technology control method thereof are provided to evaluate building facade energy performance at a low cost before application in a real field, thereby implementing favorable effect in costs, places, and timely aspects. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensors senses a measurement variable of a surrounding building facade. A weather data input unit(30) inputs weather data. An input variable calculating unit(50) calculates an input variable according to the measurement variable and the inputted data. The calculated input variable is applied to a dynamic energy simulation model(20). The dynamic energy simulation model models a building which a building facade is removed from the building.
