REMOVAL DEVICE OF PARTICLES STUCK ON A SILO CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE SUPPLYING AND OPERATING EFFICIENCY OF PARTICLES

PURPOSE: A removal device of particles stuck on a silo is provided to facilitate the removal of particles stuck in an inner wall of a corn shape part with a crushing knife by structurally rotating the cone shape part when the particles are transferred while being supplied through the cone shape part.;CONSTITUTION: A removal device of particles stuck on a silo(100) comprises a vertically inclined upper cylindrical part(110), a cone shape part(120), a vertical lower cylindrical part(130), a ring gear(140), a driving pinion(150), a speed reducer(160), a driving motor(170). The vertically inclined upper cylindrical part comprises a cylindrical portion and an inclined tube portion. The particles of coals or grains flow through the upper part of the vertically inclined upper cylindrical part. The cone shape part is connected at the bottom of the vertically inclined cylindrical part. The vertical lower cylindrical par is connected at the bottom of the cone shape part which is a small diameter portion so that the coals or grains can be transferred and supplied. The ring gear rotates the cone shaped part. The driving pinion is engaged with the ring gear and drives the ring gear.
