THE ERECTION JIG OF CYLINDERS MODULE(RAW TYPE) IN CNG/PNG SHIPBUILDING

PURPOSE: A jig for mounting a cylinder module of a high pressure gas carrier is provided to safely load a massive amount of cargoes such as a cylinder or gas tank etc. in a process of constructing a high pressure gas carrier and to reduce operating time and costs. CONSTITUTION: A jig for mounting a cylinder module of a high pressure gas carrier comprises a fixing plate(20), a rug(30), transporting fixing members(40), a rotating member, and a movable body(60). Through-holes are formed at an equal interval on a horizontal line in front and rear sides of the fixing plate. Two position adjusting holes are symmetrically formed around the through-holes. The rug is connected to a transporting ship(70). The transporting fixing members are respectively installed in front and rear sides of the lower part of the fixing plate formed in between the through-holes constituting the fixing plate. A contact fixing unit(41) is formed in the lower part of the transporting fixing member. The contact fixing unit accommodates cargoes such as a cylinder and gas tank etc. and supports the same. The rotating member is installed around the through-holes and fixes the cargoes. The movable body is connected to each transporting ship connected to a connection rug. The movable body is connected to a transporting device.
