A METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING A TREE IN MOBILE AD HOC NETWORK

PURPOSE: A tree formation in a mobile ad-hoc network is provided to enable nodes which form the mobile ad-hoc network to include a plurality of parent nodes. CONSTITUTION: A second node receives a message which is unicasted to a parent node by a first node of one or more nodes. The number of second links between the internet gateway and the first node is compared with the number of first links between a parent node and an internet gateway(14) based on the message received from the second node. The second node sets the first node as the parent node or an additional node according to a comparison result.
