PURPOSE: A glass fiber substrate pre-processing method for RTM(resin transfer molding) process, glass fiber substrate pre-processed by the method and rtm molded product manufactured by using the glass fiber substrate are provided to prevent degradation of adhesion force with the molded resin. CONSTITUTION: A glass fiber substrate pre-processing method for RTM(resin transfer molding) process comprises the following steps: preparing aqueous solution of gelatin as reinforcing material including binder and glass fiber; preparing the glass fiber substrate by penetrating gelatin water solution into the glass fiber; heating the glass fiber substrate at 100-200 deg. Celsius and evaporating water; removing a part of the gelatin dipped in the glass fiber substrate; and dispersing carbon nano-tube(CNT) in the gelatin water solution. The weight ratio of the dispersed carbon nano-tube and the dissolved gelatin in the gelatin water solution in which the carbon nano-tube (CNT) is dispersed is 4:0.5-1.5. The carbon nano-tube is MWNT(Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube).
