PURPOSE: An MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) feedback information transmission and reception method in a wideband wireless communication system and base station are provided to enable an M2M apparatus to rapidly enter into a network according to a network entering method.;CONSTITUTION: When a corresponding terminal is a fixed M2M apparatus, a base station adds an MIMO feedback information to a ranging request message(S302). The base station transmits the ranging request message to the terminal(S303). The terminal receives a ranging response message from the base station. The terminal executes a remaining network entering process or a remaining re-entering network process(S305).
