摘要

PURPOSE: A device for measuring optical particle is provided to measure a particle size distribution and concentration on a real time basis and to improve measurement efficiency even in case the particles of various sizes and high concentration exist at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring optical particle comprises a measurement chamber(20), a plurality of light source units(30,32), a plurality of light detecting units(40,41), a plurality of light removing units(30'32'), and a plurality of calculation units(50,51). The measurement chamber comprises an inlet and outlet. Air is inhaled to the in the inside of a measuring space through an inlet. The air penetrated through the inside of the measuring space is discharged through the outlet. The light source units irradiate lights of different frequencies to the inside of the measuring space of the measurement chamber. The light detecting units generate electric signals according to a light quantity by sensing the lights scattered by particles included in the air penetrated through the inside of the measuring space. The light removing units remove the lights being irradiated from the light source unit but while scattered by the particles. The calculation units calculate the particle number concentration of the particles per sizes and the size distribution of the particles based on a size and frequency of the electric signals detected by the light detecting units.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
