SOUND INSULATION PANEL STRUCTURE FOR A CABIN IN A SHIP CAPABLE OF HAVING HIGH SOUND INSULATION PERFORMANCE

PURPOSE: A sound insulation panel structure for a cabin in a ship is provided to have light weight by inserting a sound insulation pad between a steel plate and a first mineral wool.;CONSTITUTION: A sound insulation panel structure for a cabin in a ship comprises steel plates(10), sound insulation pads(20), first mineral wools(30), second mineral wools(40), connection joints(50), profiles(60), and flat plates(70). The steel plates are separately arranged. The sound insulation panels are respectively attached on the surfaces of the steel plates facing each other. The first mineral wools are respectively attached on the sound insulation panels to be soundproof and fireproof. The second mineral wools are installed between the first mineral wools at a predetermined interval to form an air layer between the first mineral wool. The connection joints are installed in both sides of the steel plates and longitudinal coupling grooves(51) are formed in the center of the connection joints.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
