PURPOSE: A novel method for preparing ovotransferring and a natural anticancer aget containing ovotransferrin are provided to obtain a natural material for a novel pharmaceutical product.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing ovotransferrin from egg white comprises: a step of separating egg white and egg yolk and mixing the egg white and distilled water(H_2O); a step of adding FeCl_3 and adjusting by pH 7.0; a step of adding ethanol by 50% final concentrate; a step of centrifuging at 3,200 x g; a step of dissolving the residue in the water and adjusting by pH 4.5-6.5; a step of filtering the dissolved residue using AG1-X2 ion exchange resin; and a step of preparing iron-removed ovotransferrin.
